Donald M. Kilgore
Chief Marketing Officer

Don Kilgore graduated from the University of Mississippi with Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration. Post graduation, he joined Bristol-Myers in a variety of sales and sales training roles. Later Kilgore got involved in secondary market research for the company. After the Bristol-Myers and Squibb merger Kilgore assumed management roles in the company's Strategic Studies and Emerging Market's Departments. In 1994 Kilgore joined Smith & Nephew (S&N), a leading manufacturer and distributor of orthopedic and wound care products, as Director of National Account Management. In 1996 he was tapped to direct the company's conversion to and implementation of SAP R/3's ERP software for its sales and distribution functions. He served as Director of Business Process Optimization at S&N until 1999 when he joined UHS as Chief Marketing Officer. He is a founding member of the Urgent Care Association of America. Kilgore resides in Memphis, Tennessee with his wife and son.


Greg Wilder
Executive Vice President – Sales

Greg joined UHS in 2009. Greg brings more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the healthcare industry. He has served as Account Manager, Regional Sales Director, National Manager of Strategic Accounts, and Vice-President of Sales in the Health Care and IT industries. He has worked with several fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson, Zimmer Orthopedics, Kimberly-Clark and most recently the technology and automation Division of Cardinal Health. Greg has won numerous sales awards and brings tremendous vision to the UHS organization. Greg also brings several years of successful personal business experience which include commercial real estate, retail, and ownership in business to business companies. Mr. Wilder received his BA degree from David-Lipscomb University and also was 2nd team all American on the golf team. Greg resides in Brentwood, TN with his wife Dana and two children.
